Questions about price
Is the price fixed?
The figure in your written proposal is the figure you pay for the work described in it. If you ask for something outside that scope later, we price it separately and tell you before we start.
What do I pay, and when?
A deposit to start, and the balance on completion. The proposal says both amounts.
Are these prices plus VAT?
No. We are not VAT registered, so the price you see is the price you pay.
Do I have to take hosting from you?
No, though most clients do because it keeps one phone number for everything. Hosting is £79 or £156 a year depending on the plan, and there is no minimum contract.
Who owns the domain name?
You do. We register domains in your name and handle the renewals for you.
Tell us what you need and we’ll come back with a written, priced proposal
Call Alec, send a message, or arrange a visit. We start with a conversation, then put a written quote in front of you before any work begins.
