The brief
HMH has brokered golf and leisure property since 1994, and says about half its deals are off-market. Buyers and sellers want to see live listings and a serious track record; owners considering a confidential sale want to see discretion. The site has to serve both.
It also has to work as a shop window for individual properties, with the photography that sells a golf course.
Our approach
The homepage opens on a landscape, a golf course above a lake, with the firm's credentials stated up front: combined expertise of more than seventy-five years and a track record measured in transactions. Listings, some open and some marked as confidential disposals, sit beside news, an About page and a track record page, with a clear Get in Touch call to action for confidential enquiries.
Property statuses, for sale or under offer, are shown at a glance, and the RICS registration appears in the footer. The site is built on WordPress.
“A combined 75+ years of expertise in golf and leisure property.”
