The brief
Choosing care for someone is a stressful decision, often made by a family member rather than the person receiving the care. Guild Healthcare needed a website that answers the practical questions calmly, covering what it offers, where it works, who provides it and how it is regulated, and that makes it easy to ask for a home visit.
Since 2006 it has grown to around seventy homecare assistants and support workers, and the site needed room to show them as people.
Our approach
The homepage opens with a warm photograph and the facts that matter to a worried reader: registered with the Care Quality Commission, with a rating of Outstanding for Caring shown as a badge. Services, from personal care and dementia support to end-of-life care and pet assistance, each get their own place, with a locations section and coverage map for the two offices.
Testimonials, news, a downloadable brochure and a straightforward enquiry form sit alongside. Colours are white and teal with human photography, and the layout is built to read easily on a phone.
“High quality, individual care and support.”
